This open-access toolkit guides people including but not limited to creative, arts, cultural and museum practitioners to adopt and plan environmentally sustainable practices in their own individual practices, in institutions and organisations. Contents and case studies covered are related to SDG targets 6.3 (reduce pollution), 6.4 (water re-use and recycling), 6.B (support the local communities’ in improving water management), 7.2 (energy from renewable sources), 7.3 (reduction in energy use), 9.4 (sustainable and green building design), 11.7 (accessible and inclusive green and public spaces), 12.2 (reduction of material and carbon footprint), 12.4 (reduction of chemical use), 12.5 (adopt practices that helps reduce waste), 12.7 (sustainable procurement), 13.1 (resilience and capacity to climate-related disasters), 13.2 (integrated climate change measures), 13.3 (awareness-raising for climate change), 15.5 (take action to document and monitor a forest that was previously suffered from a fire and the biodiversity therein), 16.7 (inclusive and responsive decision-making), and 17.17 (promote partnerships across society and different sectors).
